• The license is valid for one individual and one device unless otherwise specified

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of the license

2. Trial Version

The trial version provides temporary access to the software with full or limited functionality.

• Trial access may expire automatically
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time

3. Activation and License Enforcement

Licenses are bound to a specific device using a machine identifier.

• Sharing activation keys is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke or suspend licenses in case of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity
• License validation may occur periodically (online or offline)

We are not responsible for license issues caused by system changes, hardware modifications, or misuse.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases are one-time payments for digital software access.

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final
• No refunds will be provided once a valid license is issued
• Refunds, if granted, are provided solely at our discretion

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a valid license is considered a violation of these Terms.

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke the license
• We may deny future access to services
• Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent chargebacks

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Bypass licensing or activation systems
• Distribute cracked, pirated, or unauthorized versions
• Use the software for unlawful purposes

7. Updates and Changes

8. Disclaimer

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, including bird records or breeding logs
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• System failures, crashes, or software errors
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk.

10. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or system failure affecting stored information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the software without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated
• License misuse or sharing is detected
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is identified

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
